Union Finance Minister Piyush Goyal presented the Interim Budget 2019 and said, For welfare of Farmers and doubling their income, historic decision taken to increase MSP by 1.5 times production cost for all the 22 Crops. The 4R approach and a number of measures have been implemented to ensure clean banking.
