-BJP in his petition says, WB govt notification unconstitutional and ultra virus.

- WB govt notification of 5 feb 2013 prohibited the use of microphone or loudspeakers in residential areas or where education institutions are situated three days prior to the commencement of secondary and high secondary examination conducted by any board or council.
