L K Advani has launched his cross-country Jan Chetna Yatra today from a small village in Bihar which is also the birth place of Jayaprakash Narayan. Bihar chief minister Nitish Kumar flagged off the yatra from Chapra. Advani's 38-day public awareness campaign will cover 12,000 kilometers to mobilise public opinion on the electoral and judicial reforms, black money and scams faced by the UPA government.
