CBI officials are probing the alleged corruption and financial irregularities in BEML's agreement with Ravi Rishi's Tatra Sipox Ltd. CBI says it has several reasons to believe that BEML was unreasonably benevolent to Ravi Rishi's firm, which had been supplying components of Tatra trucks to the defence PSU, which would then put them together and sell them to the army.
