Four days after seven goons of a local gang vandalised a restaurant in northwest Delhi's Dilshad Garden area and attacked a Delhi Police head constable, police have arrested two persons in connection with the case. The incident took place on October 31 inside Rasoi restaurant at L-block in Dilshad Garden, where seven members of the gang led by Pehelwan vandalised the eatery and attacked head constable Bijender, who tried to stop them.
