Chhattisgarh CM Raman Singh rules out the role of army in fighting Naxals

NewsX: Chhattisgarh CM Raman Singh has admitted to certain security lapses leading to Saturday's bloody naxal attack that killed 27 people.

However, he has ruled out the role of army to combat the menace stating that it is not a battleground.
