A 31 year old software engineer Kusum Singla was found murdered with strangulation mark on her neck on Tuesday evening. Haryana based Subhinder Singh who is said to be a friend of the deceased has been arrested in connection. The police are carrying out further investigation but financial dispute is said to be the motive.
