Consumer price growth in South Korea slowed again in April, stuck below one percent for the fourth consecutive month.
According to Statistics Korea Thursday, consumer prices rose just zero-point-six percent on-year last month... due to the decrease in oil product prices and a slowdown in service price inflation.
Prices of industrial goods edged down zero-point one percent on-year.
Livestock and fisheries product prices rose zero-point seven percent compared to the same month last year.
Services prices rose a mere zero-point-nine percent on-year,... a low not seen since December 1999.
