Bartenders wade through ankle-deep flood water as they rescue chairs and bins being swept away by the fast flowing water in Stirling.

A student from the nearby University took shelter in restaurant when the video was taken on June 24, commenting that the floodwater took "everything with it."

According to local news reports, fourteen people in the area have been rescued after being trapped by the flash floods.
