How to Check the Installed, Used and Available RAM on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS?

Step 1: Right click on the desktop, and then click on 'Open terminal.'

Step 2: Type the command below, and then hit enter.

free -h

Now, you have you Total, Used, Free, shared, buff/cache, available RAM showing.
