Climate activists from the Extinction Rebellion group staged a protest in London on Saturday against the fashion industry.

The event outside Wood Green Underground station was timed to coincide with London Fashion Week.

Activists put on recycled items of clothing and strutted as though on a catwalk while carrying placards accusing the fashion industry of having a detrimental effect on the planet.
