On Monday, the Supreme Court heard the petition filed for the custody of former Jammu and Kashmir CM Farooq Abdullah. The Supreme Court was told that PSA has been imposed on Farooq Abdullah. On August 5, the Central Government removed Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir and Abdullah has been placed under house arrest only after this.

सोमवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में जम्मू कश्मीर के पूर्व सीएम फारूख अब्दुल्ला की हिरासत को लेकर दायर याचिका पर सुनवाई हुई। इस दौरान सुप्रीम कोर्ट को बताया गया कि फारूख अब्दुल्ला पर पीएसए लगाया गया है। पीएसए मतलब पब्लिस सेफ्टी एक्ट, पांच अगस्त को केंद्र सरकार ने जम्‍मू कश्‍मीर से आर्टिकल 370 हटाया था और इसके बाद ही अब्दुल्ला को नजरबंद रखा गया है।
