Bharatiya Janata Party Delhi president Manoj Tiwari on Wednesday said that Arvind Kejriwal is not a brand in Delhi, rather he is, and this has been proven by the AAP Campaign. Tiwari said that Arvind Kejriwal not declared the Chief Minister candidate and this will be decided after the party wins the Assembly elections.
