Telangana Rashtra Samithi chief K Chandrashekhar Rao, popularly known as KCR, on Thursday took oath as the chief minister of India's newest state for a second straight term. KCR, who steered his party to a thumping victory in Telangana, was sworn in by Governor ESL Narasimhan at a low-key ceremony on the lawns of Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad.
