BSP chief Mayawati paid her floral tribute to Kanshi Ram on his 83rd birth anniversary in Lucknow on Wednesday. While addressing a press conference, she said that like Bhimrao Ambedkar, Kanshi Ram was also overlooked by state governments and the Centre. After paying tribute to Kanshi Ram, she enlisted the works of Kanshi Ram for the empowerment of lower caste.
