Ajwain / Carrom Seeds - 1/2 tsp
Hing / Asaefoetida - 2 pinch
Amchur Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
Chaat Masala - 1/4 tsp
Namak / Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste
Haldi / Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Dhania / Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Chopped Ginger and Green Chilli
Cooking Oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
Green Coriander Leaves - for Garnishing
