Don't defy workbook circular, Chong warns schools

Deputy Education Minister Datuk Chong Sin Woon warns school authorities, not to challenge the ministry circular, regarding the usage of workbooks in primary schools. He said this on Friday after launching the Students Aid Programme (SAP).
