UN Command claims North Korean troops fired at defector at border

While showing video as evidence, the UN Command told reporters in Seoul on Wednesday that North Korean border guards opened fire at a defector who had fled to South Korea on Nov 13. The US Command said this had violated the 1953 armistice agreement.
