Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, meeting his Belarusian counterpart Vladimir Makei in Moscow, makes his most extensive comments so far on the crisis in Belarus. Lavrov vows that Moscow will "respond firmly" to any attempts to "sway the situation" in Belarus.
