The Security Offences (Special Measures) Act 2012 was used against a company director and a road contractor in the Selayang Sessions Court on Monday (Nov 23) for polluting Selangor’s water sources.

R. Nathan and Lim Kian Aik, both 42, face a lifetime in prison upon conviction.
