RJD leader Tej Pratap Yadav reached RIMS to meet his father and party chief Lalu Prasad Yadav for the first time after the Bihar assembly elections. However, he had to wait a little to meet his father, as he had reached RIMS before the permission of the jail administration. After which the security officials stopped him.

बिहार विधानसभा चुनाव के बाद पहली बार आरजेडी नेता तेज प्रताप यादव अपने पिता और पार्टी प्रमुख लालू प्रसाद यादव से मुलाकात के लिए रिम्स पहुंचे। हालांकि पिता से मुलाकात के लिए उन्हें थोड़ा इंतजार करना पड़ा, क्योंकि जेल प्रशासन की अनुमति मिलने से पहले ही वो रिम्स पहुंच चुके थे. जिसके बाद सुरक्षा में लगे पदाधिकारियों ने उन्हें रोक दिया.
