More than 26,000 migrants in Mexico are being welcomed to the United States under a policy change by President Joe Biden. Border towns in California and Texas are impacted and Friday one of the first groups of people will cross legally over a bridge in El Paso. So what are people feeling who live on the border? Are they anxious? Excited? Joe St. George went there to find out.
