City Traffic Investigation and Enforcement chief Asst Comm Zulkefly Yahya on Thursday (Mar 4) said the driver of the trailer lorry that collided into an overhead bridge structure along the Sungai Besi–Ulu Klang Elevated Expressway (SUKE) at Desa Tun Razak, Kuala Lumpur tested positive for methamphetamine (syabu).
