On Sunday evening, a Royal Bengal tiger was seen calmly walking by front lawns, in West Houston, Texas. Its handler is identified as the 26-year-old Victor Hugo Cuevas. He was arrested on Monday. Cuevas is facing a felony charge for evading with the tiger.
