Odisha, West Bengal and Andhra Pradesh are on alert with the IMD saying that the cyclonic storm Yaas is going to intensify into a 'very severe cyclonic storm' in the next few hours. As a precautionary measure, the railway has tied trains with the help of chains. To avoid any accident during the landfall, the railway has decided to do this.
