Even though the pace of the second wave of corona infection in the country seems to be weakening, but the death toll due to corona is still not reduced. Meanwhile, a magazine has claimed that the death toll from Corona in the country is 'five to seven times' more than the official figures. However, the central government has rejected the magazine's claims.

देश में कोरोना संक्रमण की दूसरी लहर (Coronavirus 2nd Wave) की रफ्तार भले ही कमजोर पड़ती दिख रही हो लेकिन कोरोना से होने वाली मौत का आंकड़ा अभी भी कम नहीं हुआ है. इस बीच एक पत्रिका में दावा किया गया है कि देश में कोरोना से मरने वालों की संख्या (India Corona Death Data) आधिकारिक आंकड़ों से 'पांच से सात गुना' ज्यादा है. हालांकि केंद्र सरकार (Government Of India) पत्रिका के दावों को खारिज किया है.
