In an effort to celebrate Pride Month Wasco Mayor Alex Garcia proposed flying a Pride flag at city hall. But Tuesday night the city council voted against the proposal. Wasco's Mayor Alex Garcia joined 23ABC Morning Show to discuss the decision.
