The Enforcement Directorate has filed a petition in the Kerala High Court challenging the state government's decision for judicial enquiry into investigations by central probe agencies in Kerala since July 2020.

ED has challenged the order for judicial probe into "diversion of Investigation conducted by various Central Agencies in Kerala from July 2020"
