The massive flooding that hit western Germany has killed at least 125 people, damaging homes and leaving tens of thousands without power. Hundreds of residents are still missing as rescuers from across Germany try to locate them.

వరదల కారణంగా జర్మనీ వెళ్పోజిమ్ ప్రాంతం అంతా ముంపునకు గురైంది. ఈ ప్రాంతానికి దగ్గరగా ఉన్న డ్యామ్ ఒక్కసారిగా పొంగిపొర్లడం తో చుట్టుపక్కల ఉన్న ప్రాంతాలు పాక్షికంగా మునిగిపోయాయి. ఈ సంఘటన అక్కడ ఉన్న ప్రజల్ని భయబ్రాంతులకు గురిచేసింది. వెంటనే ప్రజలు పునరావాసప్రాంతానికి చేరుకున్నారు. ఇళ్లలోకి నీళ్లు చేరి అస్తవ్యస్తం అయింది.
