Govardhan Puja 2021 Date: Animal wealth is worshiped in Govardhan Puja . It is also known as Annakoot. The worship of Govardhan is associated with Lord Krishna. According to the legend, Lord Krishna lifted the Govardhan mountain on his little finger to protect the people of Gokul from the wrath of Indradev, which protected all the Gokul residents and broke Indra's pride. Since then the tradition of celebrating this festival is going on. According to the Panchang, on 05 November 2021, Pratipada date will start at 02:44 in the morning and will end at 11:14 in the night. The worship of Govardhan will be celebrated on 5th November only.

Govardhan Puja 2021 Date: गोवर्धन पूजा में पशु धन की पूजा की जाती है. इसे अन्नकूट के नाम से भी जाना जाता है. गोवर्धन की पूजा भगवान श्रीकृष्ण से जुड़ी हुई है. पौराणिक कथा के अनुसार भगवान श्रीकृष्ण ने इंद्रदेव के प्रकोप से गोकुल वासियों की रक्षा के लिए गोवर्धन पर्वत को अपनी छोटी उंगली पर उठा लिया था, जिससे सभी गोकुलवासियों की रक्षा हुई और इंद्रदेव का घमंड भी टूट गया. तभी से इस पर्व को मनाने की परंपरा चली आ रही है. पंचांग के अनुसार 05 नवंबर 2021, शुक्रवार को प्रतिपदा तिथि को प्रात: 02 बजकर 44 मिनट शुरू होगी और रात्रि में 11 बजकर 14 मिनट पर समाप्त होगी. गोवर्धन की पूजा 5 नवंबर, को ही मनाया जाएगा.
