State entities would have no choice but to comply with the procurement regulations once they are passed and proclaimed. So says Finance Minister Colm Imbert as government is looking at March for the start of implementation.



The suite of regulations is aimed at transforming the way in which contracts are awarded, with accountability, transparency and value for money being of paramount importance.
