After a video of a school teacher from Uttar Pradesh went viral on social media, in which a student can be seen massaging one of her hands, another video from UP has gone viral. The video is from the Mathura district of UP, where a teacher can be seen walking on a bridge made out of plastic chairs to cross water logging in the schools.
