Murder charge dropped against Katherine man accused of shooting home intruder

Prosecutors have withdrawn the murder charge laid against a Katherine man accused of shooting an intruder on his property in March. Kim Kellett has been in prison for several months and today appeared in court via video link as his lawyer told the court he'll likely plead guilty to manslaughter.
