Russia has been accused of weaponizing global food supplies after putting a stop all grain exports from Ukraine’s Black Sea ports. Under a UN brokered deal last year Russia had agreed to allow food to leave the region so global exports could continue. But Russia now says it wants changes made to the deal before exports can resume.
