Japan's royals join Instagram, reaching out to youth

Japan's imperial family recently joined Instagram to connect with younger audiences and dispel perceptions of reclusiveness. The Imperial Household Agency, responsible for the family's affairs, shared 60 photos and five videos showcasing Emperor Naruhito and Empress Masako's public engagements over the last three months. They aim to offer insights into the family's official duties, leveraging Instagram's popularity among the youth.
