Former Health Minister Dr. Fuad Khan says this country's health-care system has not collapsed, following the deaths of babies at the Neonatal Care Intensive Unit at the Port of Spain General Hospital. He believes the Pan American Health Organization's investigation will uncover exactly what transpired.


Dr Khan, who served as Health Minister in the Peoples Partnership Government from 2011 to 2015, points fingers at the legal system and the media, for the suspicion that now hovers over the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
