CRIPS Strapped n Strong is een documentaire over het gewelddadige leven van een Haagse gang, de Crips. Een groep Antillianen en Surinamers die zich bezighoudt met gewapende overvallen, drugshandel en gangsta rap. De film brengt op vrijwel ongecensureerde wijze een cultuur van geweld in beeld.

CRIPS, Strapped'n'Strong is a documentary about the violent life of a Dutch gang in The Hague, The Crips. Formed to emulate their LA examples, they make a living using armed robbery and drug crime while seeking solace making rap music. The film shows their culture of violence, brotherhood and loyalty, but at the same time it reveals their desires and battle to beat the crime with rhythm.
