Judge Juan Merchan warned Trump's lawyer, Todd Blanche, that he would not tolerate Trump "cursing audibly" during Stormy Daniels' testimony on Tuesday. Blanche assured the judge he would speak to Trump about his behavior and cursing in the courtroom. The judge cited other examples of Trump shaking his head and looking down during Daniels' testimony.
