According to the BBC, Prince Harry is not able to broaden legal action against News Group Newspapers (NGN) to include further allegations against Rupert Murdoch. The High Court, specifically Mr Justice Fancourt, said the claims about Mr Murdoch’s alleged knowledge of unlawful information gathering added “nothing material” to the case.
