When the dust settled, the defending champions reigned supreme. Both Nicholas Romany and Samantha Shukla defended their crown competing in the Ventures Credit Union 5k on Sunday in Couva. Romany had another one second finish separating him over Kenyan Alex Ekesa while Shukla showed her class with a sub20 performance.
