Taiwan's Coast Guard Attempting to Rescue Remaining Cargo Ship Crew

The coast guard is scrambling to rescue the remaining crew of a cargo ship in danger of sinking off Taiwan’s southeast coast.  The ship sent out an SOS early Tuesday morning after it began taking on water in rough seas brought by Typhoon Krathom.
