Here are the ingredients used in the veg spring roll recipe:

- 2 cups wheat flour (2 कप गेहूं का आटा)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (1/2 चम्मच नमक)
- Water (as needed for kneading) (आवश्यकतानुसार पानी)
- 1 chopped tomato (1 कटा हुआ टमाटर)
- 1 large-sized onion, chopped (1 बड़ी प्याज़, कटी हुई)
- 3-4 green chilies, chopped (3-4 हरी मिर्च, कटी हुई)
- 2 chopped capsicums (2 शिमला मिर्च, कटी हुई)
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste (1 चम्मच अदरक-लहसुन का पेस्ट)
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder (1 चम्मच काली मिर्च पाउडर)
- 1 teaspoon salt (1 चम्मच नमक)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce (1 चम्मच सोया सॉस)
- 1 teaspoon green chili sauce (1 चम्मच हरी मिर्च सॉस)
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup (1 बड़ा चम्मच टमाटर केचप)
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (1 बड़ा चम्मच सिरका)
- All-purpose flour (to make paste for sealing) (मैदा, चिपकाने के लिए पेस्ट बनाने के लिए)
- Oil (for shallow frying sheets and deep frying rolls) (तेल, हल्का सेंकने और डीप फ्राई करने के लिए)

Instructions:

1. Knead 2 cups wheat flour with 1/2 teaspoon salt and water; set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Chop tomato, onion, green chilies, and capsicum, then fry them.
3. Add 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste, fry for 2 minutes on high flame.
4. Add 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon salt, and mix well.
5. Add 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon green chili sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, and 1 tablespoon vinegar, then fry until soft.
6. Make dough balls, roll into thin sheets using 3 layers with oil in between.
7. Lightly cook each sheet on both sides in a pan.
8. Separate the cooked sheets for the rolls.
9. Prepare a paste from all-purpose flour to seal the rolls.
10. Place 2 tablespoons of filling on the sheet, fold, and seal with the paste.
11. Repeat for all rolls and deep-fry until golden brown.
12. Serve hot and enjoy!
