Cooler temperatures and scattered rains will continue to affect parts of Luzon due to the northeast monsoon (amihan), while the shear line and easterlies will bring rain showers and thunderstorms to Eastern Visayas and Caraga, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Tuesday, Jan. 21.
The amihan is expected to bring clouds and light rains to Cagayan Valley, Aurora, and Quezon in the next 24 hours.
