The Jennifer Trust’s Spinal Muscular Atrophy Service, Stratford-upon-Avon, supports families whose babies are born with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, providing vital support to help families through what can be an incredibly difficult time. They also support and train healthcare staff, like nurses, health visitors and occupational therapists who may not otherwise be aware of up-to-date information about the condition.
