As part of tradition the STS-135 Crew place and sign their Mission Patch inside the ISS on Flight Day 11.
Also traditional a patch inside the Quest Airlock for every EVA (Spacewalk) performed - This time however two patches together - Expedition 28 and STS-135 to signify the Stage EVA performed by the Station Crew.
