We all hear that we need to eat plenty of vegetables and use super foods for better health. It is a known fact that the minerals you need for good health are in your vegetables. If you do not get enough minerals, your body cannot ward off disease and begins a downward spiral into bad health.
However, I do see some people who do not eat vegetables, even fresh vegetables, if they can help it. Maybe you know someone like this yourself. Maybe it is you!

I was at someone’s house the other day that has prostate cancer. Let’s call him Al.
