For the first time in the Syrian conflict the Palestinian refugee camp of Yarmouk in southern Damascus has been attacked from the air.
A mosque in the camp that was sheltering some 600 refugees from neighbouring districts was hit by at least one rocket, and there are reports of many casualties.
