Democratic Republic of Congo attending a trade and endangered species convention has called on Asian nations to send confiscated ivory back to its country of origin. The convention hopes to promote cooperation between countries and find ways to stifle demand of ivory which would in turn help to decrease poaching of wildlife in Africa.
